Winemaking and Ageing

Lan Crianza 2020 is made from grapes harvested in a traditional manner. Fermentation in made in stainless steel tanks.

Maceration for 15 days with continuous pumping for an optimum colour extraction. Aging in mixed (American and French) oak barrels for 14 months followed by 9 months of ageing in the bottle.
