Winemaking and Ageing

Naia 2022 is made from grapes harvested with high temperature contrasts between day and night, which makes possible a slow ripening of the grapes.

Grapes are fermented in stainless steel (85%) and 10,000 liters in French oak barrels (30%). Aging on lees for 4 months.

  • View: Naia has a bright straw-yellow colour, live.
  • Nose: Intense nose with notes of grass scrub, toilet and fennel and stone fruit (peach, quince) with subtle memories of sweet spices.
  • Palate: The palate is powerful, comprehensive, and great structure, very fruity and complex. Long aftertaste.

Naia 2021 is ideal with oily fish, white meat, rice and soft stews.
