Bodegas Martín Códax was born in 1986 and has grown and evolved based on culture, land and local people.
The vineyards are located in small plots, which are characterized by the traditional use of the vine training system and the great care and dedication.
They carry out the harvest in mid-September, manually and in boxes of 20 kilograms so that the care to avoid crushing and quality is maximum. Once in the cellar the bunches are destemmed and finally through a pneumatic press the must is extracted.
The fermentation takes place in 30,000 liter stainless steel tanks. Finally the wine is stabilized and bottled.
This winery always seeks sustainability by reducing the emission of carbon dioxide as much as possible.
Organistrum 2016 is a white wine made with 100% Albariño grapes and with Rias Baixas Appellation of Origin. Prepared by the Martin Codax winery that was founded in 1986. It has become an emblem of Galician wines internationally.
