Winemaking and Ageing
Martín Códax 2022 is a wine with Rias Baixas appellation of origin, made from 100% Albariño grapes entirely from their own vineyards.
This Albariño, with great personality, is created with an aromatic grape that has a high sugar content and high acidity, which gives freshness in the glass.
Harvesting is done using traditional methods and the production follows a rigorous and painstaking process to ensure maximum purity.

- View: Martín Códax is a wine of straw yellow color with lemon, it is clean, bright and with a slight bubble showing its youth.
- Nose: floral notes include mimosa type, jasmine, etc., citrus (orange, grapefruit, etc.) and white-fleshed fruit such as apples.
- Palate: It presents an envelope mouth, with well integrated acidity and glide to a long aftertaste where remains mostly white fruit and citrus pulp.
