Winemaking and Ageing
Garnacha de Fuego 2020 is a monovarietal of Garnacha from very old vines grown on hills about 900 meters above sea level.
Is fermented in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 10 days at 25ºC. Finally, it passes malolactic fermentation tank.

- Nose: This young red has a lot of ripe fruit, mainly red, with sweet notes on a very subtle balsamic background.
- Palate: n the mouth it is a very fruity wine, easy to drink and very fresh. With a pleasant taste of fruit in the mouth.
