Jinzu Gin is a distillate that mixes gin and sake. Its elaboration process is another example of this Anglo-Japanese fusion. The elaboration begins in a copper still to which berries of juniper, angelica and coriander are added. Until then everything very traditional. The exotic comes when the citrus flavors of the yuzu, the cherry blossom and the mix of Premium Junmai sake are added (the grain of rice is polished up to 70%).
Preparation tip
You can aromatize your Jinzu Gin Tonic with the following botanicals and spices: lemon, coriander and lime. To prepare a Jinzu Gin Tonic you will need a balloon glass or, failing that, a wide-mouthed glass or glass.
