Jinzu Gin is a British gin, elaborated by Diageo from an idea of the British bartender Dee Davies, which is characterized by being made with sake and other Japanese or Japanese-inspired botanists.
It is the winner of the latest edition of the "Show Your Spirit Competition".
Jinzu Gin is a distillate that mixes gin and sake. Its elaboration process is another example of this Anglo-Japanese fusion. The elaboration begins in a copper still to which berries of juniper, angelica and coriander are added. Until then everything very traditional. The exotic comes when the citrus flavors of the yuzu, the cherry blossom and the mix of Premium Junmai sake are added (the grain of rice is polished up to 70%).
Jinzu Gin Tasting Notes
- View: Gin Jinzu has a transparent color.
- Nose: Citrus aromas, notes of cilantro and cherry blossom.
- Palate: Similar to the nose, final in the mouth with sake flavor.
You can aromatize your Jinzu Gin Tonic with the following botanicals and spices: lemon, coriander and lime. To prepare a Jinzu Gin Tonic you will need a balloon glass or, failing that, a wide-mouthed glass or glass. The balloon glass is ideal because they have a capacity of 60-70 cl. to be able to store the necessary ice, gin and tonic. The wide mouth of this glass allows us to perfectly capture the aromas and flavors of this drink.
In addition, a glass allows us to hold it by the shaft or stem, which prevents us from heating the Gin and Tonic with our hands, for that reason, you should never serve this drink in a tube glass. Its consumption is recommended with a slice of green apple.
Buying Jinzu Gin in En Copa de Balón is easy, convenient, and with the guarantee to get the best gin at the best price, and in perfect condition.
