La Atalaya del Camino 2016 is made from Garnacha Tintorera, a native type of grapeof this area, and Monastrell. These grapes come from vineyards planted between 700m and 1000m hiht on dry soils (lime and sandy).
For its elaboration a maceration-fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at a temperature of 25ºC. After vinification La Atalaya del Camino 2016 is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
