Quina Santa Catalina 1Lt. is made by a coupage of different carefully selected dry and sweet wines, to which the bark of the Quina Calisava tree is added. Once this process is carried out, it is stabilized by cold and filtered.
Once bottled, it remains in the bottle for at least 36 months to a maximum of 48.
In normal conditions, half a bottle of Quina can remain between 16 and 24 months without altering its qualities and properties.
