Campillo Crianza 2021

Campillo Crianza 2021 is made with the Tempranillo variety made by the Campillo winery.

Campillo is a company belonging to the Faustino Group. Like almost every Rioja winery, its specialty is the production of red wines, especially from the Tempranillo variety.

Preparation and aging

Campillo Crianza 2021 is a single-varietal Tempranillo. The harvest of the grains is carried out completely manually. After transport to the winery facilities, the Campillo Crianza grapes are vatted in 30,000 kilo tanks in which they ferment under control and subsequently macerate for about two weeks.

Campillo Crianza, finally, ages in second-year American oak barrels for 18 months before going into the bottle, where it also rests until the final moment of marketing.

• Nose: Fruity aromas predominate, of ripe red fruit, with spicy and toasted notes.

Campillo Crianza is ideal to accompany any type of meat, grilled mushrooms, some very flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod, Emmental or Gruyere cheeses and rice with mushrooms.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 16-18ºC
