Preparation and aging

Viña Alberdi reserva 2021 is a single-varietal Tempranillo (100%). Regarding production, the grapes are harvested at their optimal point of maturity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months: the first in new oak and the second in 3-year-old oak.
