Preparation and Aging

Ramón Bilbao Crianza 2022 is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Perhaps this is the most regular wine of the entire range, the secret is in monitoring the entire cycle of each plot and harvesting it at the optimal time for each of them. Another key point is the separate fermentation of each payment and the final assembly of the wines before aging and in each of the rackings. Fermentation temperatures are controlled up to 28-29ºC and devatting is rapid, when it is seen that color extraction (anthocyanins and tannins) reaches optimal levels.

• View: Ramón Bilbao Crianza has a cherry color with ruby iridescence and an intense, deep red, almost scarlet background.
• Nose: The nose shows noble woods, highlighting coconut and pepper, on a subtle and fragrant background of ripe black fruits and compote. A liquorish and balsamic background also appears.
• Mouth: The palate is fresh and harmonious but with character. Good blend of varietal and spicy notes.

Ramón Bilbao Crianza is ideal to accompany sausage dishes, soft cheeses and a wide variety of meats and even blue fish.
