Sobre este vino
El Nido 2023 is a wine made with the Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties.
The Bodegas El Nido project is the result of the collaboration of the Gil family, Chris Ringland, one of the best Australian winemakers, author of Clio and Nido.
Preparation and aging
El Nido 2023 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Monastrell (30%) varieties. The harvest is carried out manually, and the grapes are transported to the winery in small boxes that prevent premature breakage of the grapes. Once in the winery, the grapes are subjected to a selection process.
It has been aged in French and American oak barrels for 22 to 26 months.
