Preparation and aging

Habla de Ti 2023 is a young white wine made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with DOVT Extremadura.

Talk about You... 2022 is fermented for about 2 months in a stainless steel tank. Fermentation temperature of 9 to 10ºC. Aged for approximately 5 months in tank on its own lees.

Bodegas Habla aims to pay tribute, with its name, to Michelangelo, Italian Renaissance architect, sculptor and painter. They say that when he saw his work "Moses" finished, after hitting him with the mace, he told him; "Speaks!". It was so perfect that it seemed real.
