Bodegas Menade were born in 2005 in La Seca within the DO Rueda, led by the Sanz Brothers, perfect connoisseurs of this area, with two main pillars in the production of their wines, respect for nature and the return to tradition. .

PREPARATION AND AGEING

Menade Sauvignon 2024 has had a harvest carried out by hand during the day and mechanized at night. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks of various sizes, which allows plots to be separated, with spontaneous wild yeasts typical of the grapes. Subsequently, maturation is carried out in its sediments for a controlled time.
