Winemaking and aging
Don Miguel Comenge 2016 is a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The harvest is done by hand and in small boxes, first thing in the morning, avoiding the hottest hours of the day. Selection of bunches and total destemming by hand in selection table. Fermented in cement tank with native yeast.
Aging of 18 months in new French oak barrels, racking every 6 months.

- View: Don Miguel Comenge 2016 has a cherry red color with a very high layer.
- Nose: It has a very deep nose that gradually opens to a multitude of records: black fruit, cinnamon, cassis, chocolate, spices and a clear mineral background.
- Palate: Excellent acidity, with full, broad body, showing a silky tannin that gives the wine an exquisite touch. Huge travel and great structure throughout its development.
