Winemaking and aging
Magnum Pago de Carraovejas Crianza 2019 is a blend of 79% Tinto Fino, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot. The Pago de Carraovejas Crianza grape is selected in the field by the vineyard staff throughout the vegetative cycle of the plant. It is harvested by hand and arrives in a cellar in small, vibrant stainless steel trailers, which will spoil every movement of the grape. De-stemmed without squeezing, in very wide tanks for a better extraction of flavors, aromas and color.
Aging of 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Clarification with natural egg white.
