Magnum Flor de Pingus 2019 is a red wine from the Dominio de Pingus cellar located 30 kilometers from Roa, in the province of Burgos. The de-stemming is done manually, by stripping the most mature grapes from each bunch.
It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and then rests for 18 months in second-year French barrels.
