Winemaking and Ageing
Garmón 2019 is the first harvest of a new red wine 100% Tempranillo, made under the Ribera del Duero Appellation, Bodegas Continental Garmón, a new project García (Bodegas Mauro) family. The grapes to produce Garmón come from vineyards that are between 30 and 100 years old, located in the towns of La Aguilera, Moradillo y Baños, with predominantly clayey-calcareous soils and silty clay.
The vineyards are at an average altitude of 900 meters. Makes the aging in French oak barrels for 16 months.

- Nose: Gradually red fruit aromas and a refreshing minty memory appears.
- Palate: Vibrant, dynamic. With a subtle tannin. Crystal fruit and moderate opulence.
