Arzuaga Crianza 2020 is a blend of 90% Tinto Fino, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness in boxes of 15 kg. The bunches pass through the selection table and then destemmed, the grapes are incubated in stainless steel tanks, kept a few days in cold, with a slow alcoholic fermentation at about 27º C.

A maturing of 16 months in 50% French oak and 50% American barrels makes a powerful and fruity wine, but with elegance and finesse.
