Winemaking and Aging
Malleolus by Sancho Martín 2019 is a 100% Tinto Fino monovarietal wine. The grapes were destemmed and then macerated in cold. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and carried out the malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. Aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.

- Nose: The nose is opulent and intense, with predominance of black fruits and a marked minerality accompanied by toasted aromas of noble wood, a great complexity is evolving to spicy and sweet notes.
- Palate: The palate is presented as powerful and persistent with a silky tannin that envelops the palate. With a long and persistent aftertaste, its memory lingers on the palate.
