Winemaking and Ageing
Clon de la Familia 2015 is made with 100% Tinto Fino grape. The grapes are despalled and macerated later in cold. The must ferments at a controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels. It is aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.
