Predicador Blanco 2016 is a blend of Garnacha Blanca (34%), Viura (43%) and Malvasía (23%) from their own plots, planted in the towns of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Leza and Briones.

One of the keys in Bodega Contador is the meticulous attention to the accumulation of details during the different stages of the elaboration. The land is only fertilized every other year, and always with organic matter made in the same winery from sheep manure. Bodega Contador applies biodynamic guidelines throughout the process. The flower must ferments in new French oak barrels, performs a cold maceration of 48 hours and a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18ºC.

Predicador Blanco 2016 ages for 8 months in new French oak barrels (30%) and one wine barrels (70%).

• View: Predicador Blanco 2015 has a yellowish-green color.
• Nose: The nose has notes of fine herbs, flowers and ripe stone fruits, such as apricot, plum and peach. Fresh, complex and very mineral. Noble, very elegant in the background.
• Palate: The palate is balanced in terms of maturity, oak and acidity. We are facing a very fresh white with a light tannic structure, fine and very alive. Dense, voluminous and very long.
