Winemaking and Aging
Viña Alberdi Crianza 2019 is a Tempranillo monovarietal (100%). In terms of processing, the grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness. The fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in American oak barrels for 24 months: the first in new oak and the second in oak for 3 years.
