Winemaking and aging
Nisia Verdejo 2016 is a monovarietal of Verdejo, one of the star varieties of this winery. 90% of this wine goes through a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.
Afterwards, it is aged on lees for four months. The remaining 10% of the wine ferments in French oak barrels also with its lees.
