Winemaking and Ageing
Románico 2020 is a monovarietal 100% Tinta de Toro. The grapes used come from old low production vineyards located in the municipalities of Valdefinjas and Toro, in Zamora. After the manual harvest, the clusters are chosen so that they are in optimum sanitary and ripening conditions, with the help of a transport belt. The winemaking is carried out following the traditional methods. Románico finally goes through an aging of six months in French oak barrels.

- View: Románico has a purple color of great layer, violet edge.
- Nose: Great fruity expression on the nose, with lots of blackberries, ripe fruit, spicy, with notes of charcoal, cassis and a background of licorice.
- Palate: Tasty, good acidity, ripe fruit.
