Winemaking and aging
Peñascal Rosado 75 Cl. is made with Tempranillo and Garnacha grape varieties. with destemming of the grapes. Thanks to a second fermentation in low temperature tanks, a natural sparkling wine is obtained.
It has a maceration at a temperature of 27ºC. During 10 days the cold fermentation is paralyzed to extract the natural sparkle. After this the wine is clarified.
