Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante is made with 100% Verdejo grapes. The grapes are collected during the night and manually.

To extract its aroma, it is cold-macerated before being fermented. The grapes undergo a gentle pressing and this resulting must is kept at low temperature until fermentation.

The fermentation is paralyzed when the wine reaches 5.5% alcohol to maintain the acidity and sweetness of the grapes.

• View: Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante has a bright straw yellow color.
• Nose: Typical aromas of green grape must as the green apple, with citrus notes, white flowers, rose petals, mineral and honeyed notes and exotic tropical fruits.
• Palate: It has sweet flavors with a point of acidity. It has a pleasant route and a long and persistent finish.

Pairing

Yllera 5.5 Verdejo Frizzante is ideal as aperitif wine or "entre-hora" wine. Perfect to accompany desserts of fruits and chocolate.
