El Sumiller de En Copa de Balón

""Seagram's Extra Dry Gin is perhaps the first premium gin in the world, made since 1857, first in Canada and later in Indiana. Seagram's Extra Dry Gin is a tasty, juicy, very fine gin with juniper prominence, the brand was sold to the Pernod group in 2000, and manages it since then "."

Product Description Seagram's Extra Dry Gin

Elaboration

Seagram's Extra Dry Gin is a premium gin obtained by traditional double distillation, cold, from American grain, where the use of steam for this process of the mix gives its distinctive touch. It is stored in American white oak barrels, as if it were a whiskey, in this way the mixture is softened, before bottling. This gin has its origin in Waterloo, Canada, although it is currently made in Indiana, United States. The botanicals used are juniper, cardamom, orange peel, cilantro, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica, almond, cocoa, lime, lemon and caraway.

Seagram's Extra Dry Gin Tasting Notes

  • View: Seagram's Extra Dry Gin has a clean light color to gold.
  • Nose: Very dry, with a mild aroma and herbaceous flavor, which, while maintaining the classic juniper, allows us to differentiate in a soft way, exotic aromas in its composition.
  • Palate: Mild, intense and different taste.

Consumption Recommendation

The best way to enjoy Seagram's Extra Dry Gin is with a gin and tonic. To prepare a Gin Tonic from Seagrams you will need a balloon glass ideal because it has a capacity of 60-70 cl. to be able to set the necessary ice, gin and tonic wich allows us to perfectly capture the aromas and flavors of this drink. In addition, a cup allows us to hold it by the shaft or stem, so we don`t heat the Gin and Tonic with our hands, for that reason, you should never serve this drink in a tube glass.

Can also use a wide-mouthed glass. All the flavor of the America of the 50 in a single glass.
