Winemaking and Ageing

Svmma Varietalis 2020 is made with the Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot varieties. Harvesting is done manually. After a long maceration of about 4 to 5 weeks it is aged in new and semi-new French oak barrels Allier. This wine is not clarified or filtered. It is considered a wine for keeping in time.

Svmma Varietalis 2020 is a red wine from Pagos de familia Marqués de Griñón. Property of Carlos Falcó / Xandra Falcó. The winemaker is Julio Mourelle, with appellation of Origin Pagos Dominio de Valdepusa.
