Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine 2018 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Abadía Retuerta, under the IGP Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León.

The Abad í a Retuerta winery is located in the center of the privileged wine-growing Golden Mile, in Sardón de Duero (Valladolid), where the most prestigious wine brands in Spain are located.

Preparation and aging

Abadía Retuerta Le Domaine 2018 is made mostly with the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. 20% Verdejo and a little Godello. The grapes pass through the selection table in the winery, the maceration is short and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging of this wine takes place for 5 months in French oak barrels.
