Preparation and aging

Fagus 2022 is a red wine with Campo de Borja designation of origin made with grapes from old vines between 40 and 50 years old. It is fermented at 28ºC in French oak barrels.

Once the fermentation is finished, it is racked and vatted in new French oak barrels. It is allowed to rest for a while in the bottle before going on the market. It is advisable to aerate or decant it about 30 minutes before serving.
