Así lo catamos

Vista

Borsao Zarihs 2020 is a wine whose name, Zarihs, is shiraz backwards. It is a twist on shiraz, normally used as a young and fruity wine, and in the case of this wine it aims to have a little more complexity and elegance after a good aging in barrels.
Borsao is one of the most successful wineries in the Campo de Borja area.
Preparation and aging
Borsao Zarihs 2020 is a 100% Syrah single varietal. The Syrah grapes macerate between 4 and 5 days and ferment for about 20 in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. 40% ages in American oak barrels for 12 months and the rest in stainless steel.

- Nose: Intense aroma of blackberries with a touch of smoky wood and sweet vanilla, then opening with notes of dark chocolate.
- Mouth: The palate is intense but round thanks to the origin of its grapes.
