Habla Nº 32 2021 is a single-varietal Syrah grape variety, a very balanced and fresh wine.

Preparation and aging

 

Habla Nº 32 2021 is a single-varietal Syrah grape. The viticulture used to make this wine is organic. The harvest is done manually.

Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they remain for a few hours in a low-temperature chamber. It passes through the selection table where the clusters are selected first and then the fruits. Maceration lasts approximately 4-5 days at low temperature. Post-fermentation maceration lasts 11 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. Finally, the aging takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels.

  • Mouth: Soft with fine tannins.
