Founded in 1964, Jean Leon is today a winery owned by the Torres group, but maintains the spirit and philosophy of its creator, Jean Leon, a character closely linked to the world of Hollywood cinema and glamor of the 50s and 60s.

Preparation and aging

Jean Leon 3055 Merlot-Petit Verdot 2021 is made with grapes of the Merlot and Petit Verdot variety, planted at an altitude of 600m. This red wine is part of the winery's range of organic wines. To make it, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats and subsequent aging in oak barrels for 4 months.
