Nariz
Intensidad media-alta: flores blancas, melocotón, cítricos y ese apunte mineral tan propio del Riesling. Con los años esta uva desarrolla una curiosa nota de petróleo — aquí aún manda la flor.
Boca
Seco, con acidez alta y afilada — el esqueleto del Riesling —, cuerpo ligero y un final largo, tenso y cítrico.

Un Riesling mediterráneo con nombre de homenaje: el de la mujer de Miguel Torres. Cocina asiática, pescados al horno o quesos de cabra.

Waltraud 2023 is an unaged white wine, with a German name, one of the noble whites from Torres.
Torres is a family business with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. This winery currently has great international prestige and exports to more than 140 countries around the world.
Preparation and aging
Waltraud 2023 is born from the best vintages of Riesling, one of the most aromatic varieties that evolves into wines. After entering the winery, the grapes go through a first fermentation process. The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature below 20º.

- Nose: Aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom and jasmine and a fruity background of grapefruit.
- Palate: The palate is elegant, intense and silky, with a firm body and an aromatic finish reminiscent of gingerbread.
