Pago de Carraovejas is one of the legendary wineries in Ribera del Duero, since it became one of the most renowned wineries.
Preparation and aging
Magnum Anejón de la Cuesta de las Liebres 2020 is made with the Tinta fina, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties. The harvest is done by hand in 20 kilogram boxes.
The destemming is carried out, leaving the grapes almost whole, the maceration and fermentation take place in oak vats from French forests. Aging lasts 12 months and takes place in French oak barrels. Clarified with natural egg white.
