The Emilio Moro Winery is now in its third family generation, and as Jose Moro states when remembering his childhood, he has gotten this far based on work, dedication and humility.

Preparation and aging

Malleolus de Sancho Martín 2019 is a 100% Tinto Fino single-varietal wine. The grapes were destemmed and subsequently cold macerated. The must fermented at a controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation took place in new French oak barrels.

It was aged in new French oak barrels for 22 months.

• View: Malleolus by Sancho Martín has a ripe cherry red color, with a high layer with dark tones in the heart.
• Nose: The nose is opulent and intense, with a predominance of black fruits and a marked minerality accompanied by toasted aromas of noble wood, of great complexity that evolves into spicy and sweet notes.
• Mouth: On the palate it presents itself as a powerful and persistent complex with silky tannin that envelops the palate. With a long and persistent aftertaste, its memory lingers on the palate.
