Processing and aging

Mar de Frades Brut Nature is a monovarietal of Albariño 100% sparkling wine. Rigorous selection of grapes, soft pressing (obtained by bleeding 40% of must), alcoholic fermentation at 15ºC, second fermentation in bottle at 12-13ºC, with aging on lees until the moment of disgorgement.

• View: Mar de Frades Brut Nature has a golden yellow color lemon.
• Nose: The nose is fine, complex and expressive. First, it shows features of aging in the bottle and a background of seawater, eucalyptus and white fruits with a deep memory of albariño. Background of toasted bread and almond shell.
• Palate: The palate is broad, tasty, creamy and fresh. Once again, the notes of the variety appear with the end of the mouth pleasant and fresh.
