It is made by the Bollinger champagne house, one of the most prestigious champagne houses in the world, which was born in the 19th century.

Winemaking and aging

Champagne Bollinger Rosé is a champagne made with a 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier varieties. The main component of the Bollinger Rosé champagne is the Spécial Cuvée to which is added between 5% and 6% of red wine, made from grapes exclusively from Grands Crus of the Bollinger vineyard.

This champagne ferments in French oak barrels that have previously contained Chardonnay. Made from reserve wines of great vintages to which Pinot Noir is added.

It has a period of aging of 36 months in the cellars.

  • View: Champagne Bollinger Rose  has a coppery pink color.
  • Nose: Intense aromas of strawberries, red fruits and toasted almonds.
  • Mouth: Very subtle and elegant taste with hints of ripe fruit. With a very persistent ending.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 11ºC.
