Winemaking and Aging
Tridente Prieto Picudo 2013 is made with grapes from the Prieto Picudo variety. The harvest is done manually, adding a second selection in the cellar. Tridente Prieto Picudo is gently destemmed and transferred to stainless steel tanks where it will macerate at 10ºC.
It has remained in French oak barrels for 15 months.
