Nariz
Intensidad media-alta: fíjate primero en la fruta roja madura — cereza, frambuesa — y después en las notas de pan tostado y especias suaves que ha ido ganando con la botella.
Boca
Seco, acidez alta bien integrada y burbuja fina. Tiene más estructura que un rosé sin añada: cuerpo medio-pleno y un final largo, ligeramente especiado.
En resumen
Un champagne de añada, de 2015, que Moët solo elabora en los años buenos. Ideal con atún rojo, pato o quesos suaves.

Moët&Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé is made with the varieties Pinot Noir (47%, of which 23% is red wine), Chardonnay (33%) and Pinot Meunier (20%).
