Nariz
Pronunciada y en capas: fruta negra madura, especias, cacao y un roble de primera perfectamente integrado tras 18 meses. Es el proyecto de Mariano García, histórico enólogo de Vega Sicilia — esa mano se nota en la precisión.
Boca
Seco y de cuerpo pleno, con taninos firmes pero aterciopelados y una acidez que da tensión. Final muy largo y especiado. 93 Parker y 93 Peñín lo respaldan.

Aalto 2024 is confirmation, once again, that this winery is already one of the largest in Ribera del Duero. Made only with fine red wine from very old vines and after 16 months in barrels, it is a friendly, complex, long and tasty wine. A show.
In 1999 Mariano García started this project together with Javier Zaccagnini in the Ribera del Duero to produce a very high quality wine that reflects the diversity of terroirs in this DO.
Preparation and aging
Aalto 2024 is an aged red wine made with 100% Tinto Fino grapes. Manual harvest.
Aalto ferments and ages for 18 months in new and semi-new French and American oak barrels.

- Nose: The nose presents great fruit intensity along with woody aromas in the background, giving it complexity but without taking away from its freshness.
- Palate: The palate is broad, structured and elegant as corresponds to exceptional maturation, without edges and with a tannic structure in perfect harmony with alcohol and acidity.
Pairing
Aalto is ideal to accompany stews, roasted red meats, large game, roast lamb and duck.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 14-16ºC.
