Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro is located in Quintanilla de Onísimo, founded in the early 90s by the ARZUAGA-NAVARRO family, with an entrepreneurial character, sensitivity to aesthetics and a spirit of perfection. They are an example of dedication and passion for the land and wine.

Preparation and Aging

Arzuaga Reserva 2021 is born in clay-calcareous soils with the limestone bedrock less than a meter deep and about 900m altitude of the estates, contributing to the particularity of its vineyards.

It begins with the separation of the clusters in the vineyard itself, hand-selected at their best point of maturity in boxes of no more than 15 kg so that the grapes do not suffer. They continue on the selection tables, then a part will be completely destemmed and the rest placed in wood waste, kept cold for days for alcoholic fermentation at around 29ºC.

Aged for 26 months in French and American oak barrels.
