Broker's Gin

Broker's Gin is a London Dry gin obtained by a traditional quadruple distillation of pure grain alcohol.

Elaboration

Broker's Gin is obtained by traditional batch distillation, with a copper still manufactured by John Dore & Co. The botanicals used are juniper, orange and lemon peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica root and orris root.
