Celeste Roble 2024 is a red wine from the Ribera del Duero DO made by Torres from the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety.

Torres is a family business with several generations dedicated to the production of wine and brandy in Penedés. This winery currently has great international prestige and exports to more than 140 countries around the world.

Preparation and aging

Celeste Roble 2024 is a single-varietal Tinto Fino. The grapes used by Celeste Roble grow in vineyards located at 900 meters above sea level, in the town of Peñafiel. Maceration lasts a total of 20 days with its skins, fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts a week and is carried out at a controlled temperature. Finally, the aging lasts a total of 3 months in barrels.

  • View: Celeste Roble has a dark cherry color with touches of mauve.
  • Nose: Intense and powerful notes of red fruits on a spicy background.
  • Mouth: Sweet and fresh, with a long palate. Young and full-bodied.

Pairing

Celeste Roble is ideal to accompany roasted red meats, roasts, game, white meats, grilled red meats and beef.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of between 16-18ºC.
