Así lo catamos

Vista
Amarillo limón pálido, brillante, con burbuja fina y persistente.
Nariz

Wineries
Hennequin de Villermont, Paul Levieux and Jacques Bollinger founded Bolliger on February 6, 1829. Since then, champagne has been linked to these families for generations, until the 70s of the 20th century, when the company was managed solely by the Bollingers.
The Winery has almost 160 hectares of vineyards, with which it supplies 60% of all its requirements in terms of champagne production.
In most of its hectares, the Pinot Noir variety predominates, considered one of the best varieties to provide that personality that they seek in the production of their products. The town of Aÿ, within the Champagne-Ardennes region, is the area where Bollinger owns the most vineyards, where its winery and headquarters are also located. Other places where they also have vines are in Cuis, Verzenay, Tauxiéres, Louvois or Champvoisy.
The winery stands out for its more than 300,000 magnums, which are classified by vintage, in a wine reservation system that makes it different from the rest of the wineries in its area. It is easy, convenient, and with the guarantee of obtaining the best white wine, at the best price and in perfect condition.
