La Clave 2022

La Clave 2022 is one of Raúl Pérez's wines in Bierzo. One of the most outstanding characteristics of this wine is that, in addition to Mencía, as is normal in Bierzo, this wine also contains Garnacha Tintorera.

Preparation and aging

La Clave 2022 is made with the Mencía and Garnacha Tintorera varieties, the harvest is manual and the fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
