Loess Tinto Crianza 2022 is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made with Tempranillo from two small limited production vineyards.

The history of Loess dates back to 2001, when its owners (B. Miguel and Ruano) bought 6 plots of land for experimentation with one of Spain's everlasting grapes: Tempranillo.

Preparation and aging

Loess Tinto Crianza 2022 red wine is a single-varietal Tempranillo. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C, after cold maceration. Aging for 12 months in new and one-year-old French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liter capacity.

• View: Loess Tinto Crianza has a cherry color with violet hues. Clean and bright. Dense tear.
• Nose: Ripe red and black fruit stands out along with good oak toast. Spicy aromas and balsamic touches round out this wine with intense, very expressive aromas.
• Mouth: Very good entry, intense, broad and enveloping. The fruit takes center stage with the wood very well balanced. Silky palate, very tasty and sweet. Sweet and polished tannins. Lively acidity very well balanced that gives it a good point of freshness. Long finish and very persistent. Mineral aftertaste.
