The Martin Codax Wineries were founded in 1986 and took their name from the famous Galician troubadour. Their good work in recent years has made them one of the benchmarks for Galician wines internationally.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
Mara Martín Godello 2025 cannot deny that it is a single varietal of the grape that bears its name. From selected clusters, it has been fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, then resting in the bottle.
