Martín Codax Espumoso is one of the latest developments from this considered Winery, a sparkling wine made with Albariño, fresh, very fruity and with a very lively bubble.

Bodegas Martín Codax, founded in 1986 in Vilariño, was named after a famous Galician troubadour. His good work throughout these years has earned him great international prestige.

PREPARATION AND AGEING

Coming from its Albariño vineyards, prior to production by the traditional method, the base wine was kept on its lees for three months, carried out its second fermentation in the bottle and aged for 24 months, on its lees, before disgorging.

    • Nose: Citrus and fruity, the green apple forms a perfect balance with the bakery notes from its lees.
    • Mouth: Its palate is very friendly, creamy and with its lively bubble very well integrated, fresh and persistent.
